What is some good advice for getting a job? Ways to rub off well on employer?

What are some ways I can act to seem impressive or suitable for a job. It is only a small local pizza restaraunt. They don't even do interviews or applications. You just go in a talk to them.





What are some ways I can dress, act, or talk to score the job above others. Isn't that the law of attraction or something?

It sounds pretty informal there, so just dress neat and tidy and speak clearly and have good eye contact.
