Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of bloating?

Definitly lose the salt in your diet. Also, consider if it's ';that time of the month'; there are pills for that. could also be digestive tract problems. Could simply be gas, let 'er rip. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of bloating?
I take GNC Ultra Water... It works wonders for me, I can't take prescription water pills due to an allergic reaction to Sulpha.

Is it from pmsing? There are medicines you can take to relieve it. I take Pamprin and Midol. Get rid of cramps %26amp; bloating as well. Its good. But naturally I think water is best. Just dont overdo it! =]
water. A physician told me years ago that good hydration - lots of water - is the best thing for bloating and retaining water.

Midol... and drink lots of water. Also, eat lots of fruits and veggies a few days before you are going to be menstrating, no cramps or bloating because most of the water has been released.
Drink lots of water. Sounds counter-intuitive, but it will help. Your system is retaining water because it isn't getting enough. Give it a lot, and you'll trick it into thinking that it doesn't have to store it in order to have it. You'll be in the bathroom a lot for a while, but everything will be back to normal soon.
I would need to know more information. Does it come with cramping? Is it after you eat certain foods? Do you drink a lot of soda? Do you eat a lot of simple carbohydrates?





The answers to these questions can help you figure out what the cause is and possible help you with your problem.





It could be a problem digesting milk products, specifically a lactose-intolerance, or another -ose type intolerance.





It could also be the carbonation and/or other components of soda or diet soda.





If it has to deal with monthly bloating, it is best to watch your sodium intake throughout the month.
stop eating foods full of fating o and try midol or sitting on the toilet 4 a long time
Cut out the salt. The salt makes you retain water.
