I am getting my nose pierced in a few weeks. I am getting a hoop on the right side and i'm a little nervous.
I was just wondering if any one could give me adivice on what to expect, what I can do to prepare for it, etc.
Please only answer if you ACTUALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE.
Thanks.I want to get my nose pierced. Any advice?
I got my nostril pierced 3 yrs. ago...I'm also studying to be a piercer my own self...The actual piercing does NOT hurt....all you may feel is some pressure...It may be sore afterwards, but that's all....I wouldn't suggest using peroxide or alcohol. Instead, I'd suggest cleaning it with Dial antibacterial soap, sea salt soaks, or aftercare products sold at the piercing studio. Make sure not to clean it TOO much. It's possible to over clean it...The piercer should give you aftercare instructions written, %26amp; also verbally, just do as directed, %26amp; you should be just fine. However if any infections or a keloid occurs, do NOT take the jewelry out unless suggested by the piercer....Also...some advice I could give is...Be careful sleeping on the same side as your piercing, especially if you're wearing a hoop...Also be careful putting on shirts, %26amp; drying off your face with a towel, %26amp; also don't put any make-up around the piercing as it's healing...
Good luck %26amp; happy piercings!I want to get my nose pierced. Any advice?
Don't do it cause later on if decide you don't want it you will have a hole in your nose. eww!
Fist off, pick a place that is well know for it's piercings. If this is you're first piercing, they will tell you exactly what they'll do, how they'll do it, and after care instructions.
Next they'll sit you down and clean your nose inside and out. Then, they'll mark a dot where you want the piercing to be. Then they'll place a clamp with onto you're know and tell to relax. Listen to what they tell you to do here because it really helps dull the pain. When they stick the needle though, you'll feel a slight pinching sensation. It's all over before you know it and you have a nose piercing.
During the first few days, you'll find it more painful then when you got it done. It'll hurt to scrunch up your nose so be careful. After about one month, you'll start noticing a small bump right in/near the piercing. This is puss and scar tissue, so don't worry about it, it will go away. You'll have to keep the ring in for at least 3 months, then you can get it changed if you want. You're piercing will be fully healed within 4 - 5 months.
i saw my friend get hers done she just took a deep breath and before she could exhale it was all over! good luck. tell me about it later cause i want to get mine done
well when had mine done it brang a tear to my eye but it didnt hurt MUCH....... and i stings for about three weeks after And if you decide to pull it out. You wont be left witha hole in your nose mine closed up
1. Get it done by a professional
2. Listen to the professiona's advice and not to anyone's (friends, families) else
3. Do not be stressed because I was stressed when I did mine and it took more time than usual to dry up.
Goodluck. it's not really a big deal you know!
it will feel like a pinch.... and you might experiance a little pain, or it might hurt like a SOB.... it all depends on your pain tollerance level.... sometimes it hurts, and sometimes it doesn't... and start with a small piercing.... then work your way up if you want to go larger, don't start out large, it will look WAY bad if it gets infected.
Cows get their noses pierced....are you a cow???
that bad i head
Be careful not to sneeze!
I had mine pierced and I never had one problem with it. Also it doesn't hurt at all.
make sure u do the right side meaning whatever ur sexual preferance is';which doesnt matter'; but right side is if your into same sex and left is if ur not i only know because i was 16 and incoherant and pierced my nose by myself ';DONT DO THIS'; with a piercing earring but after all that pain found out i did the right side which was wrong for me and everyone never let me live it down
i suggest that you DON'T do it yourself cause it will hurt alot more... i did mine myself and it took a long time and it was more painful...and also don't take out your piercing right away, let it heal for a little bit (maybe a month or 2)
