I like to get some advice please you dont have to but to those that do thank you.?

Well it's been 2 years since i stop working out and i have gone from weighing 112 pounds to 140 pounds. At the age of 13 i was 5 feet 6 inches and now im 5 feet 10 inches tall and im 15 now. I want some ideas on how to loose my body fat i have then, what i should do to start building muscle. Open to any ideas.. i know its not very hard to loose weight...but i would like to hear peoples voices plz thank you. The way i would do it is just run and lift and cut down on junk foods ect..I like to get some advice please you dont have to but to those that do thank you.?
Go to trulyhuge.com / musclenet.com / naturalstrength.com and find a 3 day whole body split for lifting weights. Go with a beginners split. Work out 45 minutes 3xs a week followed by 20 minutes of moderate cardio - swimming is best.

Focus on HEAVY compound movements which take more than one muscle group to move a weight thru a single range of motion. Try to take in 1.5 to 2 grams of protein a day per pound of bodyweight.

yea u should run every day and lift, drink many and many water and u dont have to cut down junk food, u can eat a little less and eat what u want, but dont eat between meals. good luck!!!
