When it is biblicaly sound and confirmed by God the Holy Spirit.How do you know when you're getting good advice?
We as humans are equipped with more than just intellect. We have something much more valuable called the feelings.
It feels good and releases endorphins in your body, energizing it.
If bad it'll feel bad and drained energy due to toxins being released.
