If you're in high school, join the wrestling team. If they don't have one, just go to the gym and work out. Start building your muscles.

Once you graduate highschool, you can go to college or just skip to wrestling school. To find a wrestling school, go to google and type in ';Wrestling Schools in [[your city]]';. Don't get a cheap knock off school. Make sure the guy who owns it actually wrestled in the professional industry - not necessarily WWE, but somewhere that he's been recognized.

Wrestling schools last about a year and the good ones can cost up to $3000. Save money and get a job. During that year of training, your coach will take you and promote you. They'll take you to local indie wrestling promotions and have you wrestle a match. Indie wrestling is basically local shows of other unknown talents trying to make theirselves known. If you're lucky, maybe someone with connections will notice you and like you.

WWE requires 3-5 years of training. After your one year of training, you should try to get yourself into FCW in Florida. They are WWE's head developmental territory. They usually sign contracts with the wrestlers in FCW. Send in your resume, pictures, and videos to them.

If they accept you, FCW will train you even more. You can't get into FCW on your first try. They only accept wrestlers with some amount of experience.

After that, just continue to send in your resume, pics, and videos to WWE. Good luck.I want to be a wrestler but i need to start slow any one got advice of what # to call or write to or where 2go?
You probably should start basic weightlifting. as you progress, look for local or best wrestling schools to apply for. After you have done that,i would apply an application for OVW. That seems to be the most popular wrestling-superstar road. Just see where it goes from there!
What kind of wrestler?

If you mean pro then you'll need to find a trainer, wrestling school, and get involved with Indy wrestling for experience wouldn't hurt.
Start Out By Going To A Local District Wrestling Training School..From There Train For Sometime And Then Ask Your Trainer How To Get It Started
Amateur = high school

Pro Wrestling = School, Backyard, Local shows
Yeah Find a damn school *****!
yeah well Sign up for wrestling school

Skinny dipping advice for guys how not to get caught by your parents or neighbors?

Don't do it at you house... DUH!Skinny dipping advice for guys how not to get caught by your parents or neighbors?
Careful you don't get caught by your neighbors skinny dipping cause now adays you can be arrested for indecent exposure AND have to register as a sex offender. Sexual assault is not just rape now adays it can be the mere fact of exposing yourself in an unwanted manner to another individual.Skinny dipping advice for guys how not to get caught by your parents or neighbors?
there should be a fence around your pool anyways (liability reasons, even if it's not in building code, several insurance agencies will see it as an excuse to either charge more or reject your application), so neighbors really shouldn't be that huge of a concern.

As for parents, wait until they're asleep.
Find a day that your parents are out of town, and wait until your neighbors go to bed. That should work. Either way the neighbors shouldn't matter, just make sure the folks are away.
Youve asked this before!
um....dont do it?

I'm thinking about getting implants, advice from anyone who has them please?

I have saved the money, so its implants or a holiday, advice please:

Would you recommend it?

How much bigger should I go? (34B at present)

What is the best placing for the implant- behind the muscle etc?

Can I take a fortnight's holiday and go back to work as if nothing happened?I'm thinking about getting implants, advice from anyone who has them please?
It was the best thing I ever did, I waited 12 years and I was 27 when I finally did it - so old enough to deal with the consequences and not so naive as to think there wouldn't be any consequences.

Your surgeon will recommend a size depending on your body shape, weight and current bust size. (Prob max 34DD/E - min whatever you want.)

Mine is in front of muscle and it doesn't really look any different to behind the muscle - main difference is it heals quicker, and hurts less.

Yes, you can go back to work after a fortnight, and although people may notice - I actually had someone ask when I was having it done!!! I used to wear mega padded bras, and super cleavage tops with chicken fillets as well. I didn't have it done for other people, I had it for me - so I didn't really care if other people noticed or not - i wanted to feel confident as a woman and now I am.

EDIT:

everyone's pain threshold is different, I was up and about opening and shutting the window for the girl in the room with me - but she couldn't move, so you know your body best - but with me, i wanted it soooo much that I was absolutely fine as soon as the anesthetic wore off.

EDIT:

my boyf was a bum man until I had these done - so ignore people saying men won't like them and you'll look silly - do what YOU really want.I'm thinking about getting implants, advice from anyone who has them please?
I have worked as a nurse in a hospital that mainly did elective surgery (so it did a a lot of plastic). At times the breast augmentations look good, and sometimes bad. It really depends on who does it. So I say do it, but do your research first and find a good surgeon. The doctor will tell you where he will put the implant etc. How much bigger... well that depends on your body shape and what you think would look good one you.

Yes you could go back to work after a fortnight. There is a good chance people won't notice (when you're in your work clothes, unless you wear tight shirts to work).
you dont need implants. They look and feel horrible also and especially rediciolus when youre old. What if it goes wrong or what if theyre not the side you want? Youre boobs are a fine size anyway, and men prefere natural. Id go with the holiday!
i had implants a year ago. I love them, I went from a C to DD. Im not going to lie tho, the surgery SUCKS. You wont be able to go back to work right after. I could barely move for at least three days. I had a bruise that covered my whole right breast for 4 months. They felt like a coke bottle when you squeeze them for like 3 months, and for at least 3 months couldnt bend over without being in pain. now its been a yr and they feel like my own breasts but make sure this is what you want.
ok, i agree, stay happy and go an a relaxing vacation, go 2 a spa, swim, have fun! MUCH better to feal good than to look like ur made of plastic.

but if u reely wanna, don;t go overboard, stay smaller than those HUGE girls that fall over cause there so top heavy PLEASE, u don;t wanna look like momy dearest EWW!
If you really want a boob job go for it - people don't realise how small boobs can lower your confidence - but listen to Sarah C and do your research!

It really annoys me when people say things like ''stay natural'' - but what if you don't have any 'natural' boobs (like me)?!
I dont reccomend it. implants will NEVER feel or look absolutely natural and it is a big turn off to guys. Stay natural and beautiful =)

Also implants cost soo much!! wtf haha,.
i wouldn't do it because of many reasons like complications during surgery u have to change them every few years but if its what will make u happy then i'll say ...no don't do it... too risky man
Don't do it. You get scars and it looks so bad. Sometimes the boobs blow up
Dont do it, stay natural, sooooooo much better!
i change my mind dont do it!

I'm a fat guy who is try to get a girl that only really goes with athletic and good looking guys. advice?

I'm a chub and plump guy who is try to get a girl that only really goes with athletic and good looking guys. we actually have a lot in common and it all seems good, but i feel like my looks and my belly are the things that keep her away. i like the outdoors and i am athletic, just not ';atheletic looking'; so to say. I'm trying real hard to lose weight just for this. How do i get her to look past it?I'm a fat guy who is try to get a girl that only really goes with athletic and good looking guys. advice?
Wake up dude, I'm not trying to be mean here but you need a reality check.

She's not going to see past you bad points.

You know why?

Cause there's guys out there that dont have any.

Why should she, as a beautiful girl with a lot to offer, settle for less than the very best she deserves, and ';see past'; negative attributes just to be with a fat guy?

Sure, you might have things in common, but if she finds out she also has things in common with some ripped athletic dude, then you wont stand a snowballs chance in hell.

Its so frustrating to hear this dude cause if you made the effort, there's every chance she'd already be yours, you've just let yourself down by letting the weight take over.

And you say you've tried to loose it, but if you haven't actually succeeded, then you're just not trying hard enough.

No one has weight thats impossible to loose, and I mean you only describe yourself as ';chubb'; and ';plump';, its not like your morbidly obese, you could get in shape in a month or 2 if you tried.

Cut out all carbs, sugar, junk food and takeaway foods and excersicce yoru *** off for a couple of months and before you know it, you'll be in the league you need to be in to get chicks like her.

You've gotta look at things from her point of view man, she's got millions of guys out there to choose from, she could easily get a guy with a body girls drool over, so you're not going to end up with her by hoping she goes for the fat guy by some miracle instead, you're only gonna get her by being that guy with the hot body.

The only thing holding you back is completely in your power to change, if you want her, put in the work and f*cking get her dude.

Having her as motivation is the perfect way to go, everytime you go to eat something fattening, ask yourself what would taste better, the crap your about to eat or the chance to bury your face in between those sexy legs of hers?

I think you'll find that question answers itself :)

Loose the weight, good luck dude.I'm a fat guy who is try to get a girl that only really goes with athletic and good looking guys. advice?
Since she's, ';a girl that only really goes with athletic and good looking guys';, I don't think you can get her to look past it.

If she were able to look past it, she would have done so already.

It seems like your only options would be to get into shape or find a girl who likes you the way you are.

But keep in mind, even if you get an athletic looking body, it's not a guarantee that she'll like you romantically. (Unless she already said that she would like you if you lost weight.)

Good luck!
The main problem isn't actually that you're fat. The main problem is your neediness and lack of confidence.

Let's look at it like this. You are finding a way to get with her. You are trying to prove yourself to her. You are PROBABLY trying to touch her in horny ways. At the same time, you don't think you're good enough for her. And you're, again, PROBABLY being be shady about your feelings, instead of being straight up without giving a sh*t how she reacts.

I think that if you had a long lost twin who walked straight up to her, was unabashedly horny while keeping his control, looked at her eyes and said, ';You're the most beatiful thing I've ever seen,'; she would melt. But YOU won't be able to pull that off, for the reasons I mentioned above. Work on your personality instead of your body (but work on your body too).
it depends on her. if shes as superficial as your makin her sound then all you can really do is work out and clean up. but if your gonna go down this route after her remember to stay confident as a champ. you sound a little self-defeatin. but anyway good luck.....sometimes there are women worth that chase, and if shes one then do what u gotta do
if u are truly tryin to lose weight then in a couple months u should look athletic enough to entice her.

get in lots of cardio to burn off that fat. runnin, skatin, swimmin, ridin a bike....do lots of stuff like that.
my dog chases his tial and I have no idea why, I guess he thinks he will eventually catch it. Dont you worry about squishing some pretty girl, and dont big people constantly smeel of sweat and cheese?
Stop being fat?

talk to her. looks arent everything. they just happen to be the thing that gets someone to notice another person. see if you can get her to see past your exterior.

Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of bloating?

Definitly lose the salt in your diet. Also, consider if it's ';that time of the month'; there are pills for that. could also be digestive tract problems. Could simply be gas, let 'er rip. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of bloating?
I take GNC Ultra Water... It works wonders for me, I can't take prescription water pills due to an allergic reaction to Sulpha.

Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of bloating?
Is it from pmsing? There are medicines you can take to relieve it. I take Pamprin and Midol. Get rid of cramps %26amp; bloating as well. Its good. But naturally I think water is best. Just dont overdo it! =]
water. A physician told me years ago that good hydration - lots of water - is the best thing for bloating and retaining water.
Chris is right... water flushes out your system

and cut back on salts
Midol... and drink lots of water. Also, eat lots of fruits and veggies a few days before you are going to be menstrating, no cramps or bloating because most of the water has been released.
Drink lots of water. Sounds counter-intuitive, but it will help. Your system is retaining water because it isn't getting enough. Give it a lot, and you'll trick it into thinking that it doesn't have to store it in order to have it. You'll be in the bathroom a lot for a while, but everything will be back to normal soon.
I would need to know more information. Does it come with cramping? Is it after you eat certain foods? Do you drink a lot of soda? Do you eat a lot of simple carbohydrates?

The answers to these questions can help you figure out what the cause is and possible help you with your problem.

It could be a problem digesting milk products, specifically a lactose-intolerance, or another -ose type intolerance.

It could also be the carbonation and/or other components of soda or diet soda.

If it has to deal with monthly bloating, it is best to watch your sodium intake throughout the month.
stop eating foods full of fating o and try midol or sitting on the toilet 4 a long time
Cut out the salt. The salt makes you retain water.

I would like to get hair extensions. Any advice?

I'm thinking about getting hair extensions. I have thick straight hair (I'm hispanic if that helps). I know I don't want the type of extensions that get glued on. Anyone know what my other options are? Any advice?

Thanks!

I would like to get hair extensions. Any advice?
Either the ones that are sewn in, or clipped in. The ones you sew are awful to get out.I would like to get hair extensions. Any advice?

I'm not sure where to get a grant ,but you can go to Prosper.com which is a Peer to Peer loan group. You can slowly pay back the loan at a certain interest rate while you go to school. Can anyone give me advice on how to get a grant to go to school to learn to train dogs, have been laid off.?
I live in California and i dont know how it works in your state but start by calling EDD (employment development department) and inquire about ';job-link'; or ';workforce investment act';. Through these programs it may be possible to have a portion of your educatoin paid for as well as you may be able to receive unemployment benefits while completing your training. Hope this helps!
your best bet is to talk with the school. They will be aware of any grants you might apply for.

Advice on how to get pregnant?

Does anybody have any ideas on how I can get pregnant easily. Something that would work. I have problems getting pregnant I've been under treatment and still nothing. I'm done with all the medical stuff. I want to try doing it on my own now. Maybe my husband has problems too but i'm not sure because he doesn't want to get checked. I also have problems getting my period. Sometimes i don't get it for almost a year. Does someone knows anything on how i can become pregnant when my period does come?Advice on how to get pregnant?
Even if both of you are perfectly healthy and your period is regular there is still only a 20% chance or so that you will fall pregnant in any cycle. It's not easy for anyone, despite what we see in the movies.

There are things you and your husband can do to improve your chances. You could both quit smoking and drinking, if you currently drink and/or smoke. Get some regular exercise for both the physical and mental benefits. Try having sex every second day - don't do it every day or the sperm are not strong enough to make the big swim, and if you leave it longer than that they can be too old and tired. This method worked for me and a number of my friends.

You say that you are over the whole medical thing. I can see why this would be frustrating for you if you are still not seeing results. However, it is really important for you to find out why your periods are so irregular. Also, your husband may need to face the fact that it might be his sperm that are the issue. If he is serious about starting a family with you, he will get this checked. Until you are both checked out there is no way of knowing why you have not yet concieved. Sorry, but he needs to put his pride to the side for a while :(Advice on how to get pregnant?
If you don't get your periods for almost a year at a time, that is called secondary amenorrhea - usually a symptom of PCOS (polycystic ovaries) which causes fertility problems because of the hormones involved in causing the cysts. I have this. For this you would be given fertility treatments which you have been given. If this was the reason for your inability to become pregnant then the treatments generally work very well.

However, HALF (bare minimum statistic) of problems conceiving are MALE FACTOR. If your fertility treatments are not working then the odds are very great that the solution lies in your husband getting checked. If your husband wants a child with you, he will get checked. Otherwise, he may not actually want a child at this point or he may be nervous about being checked in such a 'private' area. He should keep in mind that YOU have undergone extensive testing and treatments in order to have a child. Most doctors recommend that the first course of action is to check the male for troubles first (although men tend to lay everything on the woman and believe that the woman should be the one to go out of her way - the problem MUST be with her, men have too much ego).

I'm sorry if I seem negative.

You need to sit down with your husband. You're right to be done with your medical treatments. Ask him if he truly wants a child with you and let him know that the ball is in his court now.
I have had 2 miscarriages, and 1 ectopic pregnancy. I am now 36 weeks pregnant. I just left it in GODS hands, and he has blessed me and my husband with a little girl. I would suggest trying to forget about it for a while. See what happens with no medicine and just praying about it. I hope the best for you.
You need to regulate your period. Try taking the herb Vitex. You can buy it online. My period would only come 3 or 4 times a year until I started taking this. It has worked wonders! You can take it all cycle, start any day. Stop when you get your BFP, not after ovulation.

    Good luck!
I agree with stephanie you do need to regulate your periods. Ive heard of alot of women having luck with acupuncture to regulate periods. I found this great article on webmd i hope it helps. Baby dust to ya hun.

being a skateboarder i always sprained my ankle or broke it and i would always have a ACE bandage i would wrap around my ankle for a few days or week or two depending on how bad it was..I would use ice and a heat pad or soak in a hot tube for a while and keep it elevated when around the house watching tv to help the swealing go down...I try not to baby it to be honest with you and keep walking normal if you can and but pressure on it that way its a little stronger and hurst less the next time you do it..So honeys I sprained my ankle badly... Got any advice on how to get better?
youuu have to ice for 40 minutes put nothinggg on it for 20 minutes then heat for 40 minutes. So honeys I sprained my ankle badly... Got any advice on how to get better?
Let me kiss it for you and make it all better.
Protect the affected part from further injury.

Stop all activities which cause pain to the sprained area, just rest.

Apply ice to the area several times a day, but never for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. Protect the skin while preventing the swelling.

Wrap the sprained area to reduce swelling. Cold water will do also.

My dog is continuosly shivering from yesterday and wants to hide under beds/desks. I seek advice to get him?

back to normalcy. My dog is an 8 yr old Springer %26amp; Brittany Spaniel Mix--was in perfect health till last night; he got wet by the lawn sprinklers and my son dried him with towels and a hair dryer---ever since then he has started shivering; wont eat/drink and wants to hide under beds/desks. He wont greet us when we return home or bark when the door bell rings like he used to. I examined him for any external bodily injuries and everything seems normal. We get rabbits in the back yard and they are always chased by Fluffy--not anymore!

Would like feedback from all experts out there! My dog is continuosly shivering from yesterday and wants to hide under beds/desks. I seek advice to get him?
Is his nose warm and dry? If so, that means fever. Is he drinking, if not that could lead to dehydration. If there is no temp and you believe he's drinking and eating he may just be really angry. some dogs will hold a grudge....Try doing something he really likes, feed him his favorite treats and try to let him know he's not been punished, he may see it that way. If you can't be sure take him to the vet.My dog is continuosly shivering from yesterday and wants to hide under beds/desks. I seek advice to get him?
it sounds like he has gotten sick, i would take him to the vet maybe it is something that antibiotics could fix.
i sujest he may have a type a sickness. he may have been scared of the sprinklers. i would take him to the vet though.
I'm not necessarily an expert, but I have had animals for years, and If all of a sudden an older animal starts acting strange and not eating/drinking and he did just have something potentially traumatic happen, the first thing I would do is call the vet to have him checked. No doubt about it. My animals are like my children, and I certainly wouldnt wait if a child was staying in bed and not eating...
could be age, a illness or just for some reason never really expirenced sprinklers.

Help! I need advice on how to convince my parents to get a dog!?

I am trying to convince my parents to let me get a dog. My dad is in the military, so we have moved every year for the last long time. As a result, a dog has not been good for us until this last year when we found out that we would be staying in the same house for the next 3 years. We got a 5-year-old Golden/Lab mix that had to be put to sleep after we had her for 6 months. my parents and I were really shaken by the experience, but now (8 months later) I am trying to convince my parents to let me get another dog. ever heard the saying, ';get back on the saddle again?';. you guys fell off with the other dog... sorry about that :-( Give your mom 10 good reasons for having a dog, on a piece of paper... Then have your mom give you 10 good reasons for Not having a dog... Then take the papers to a neutral non-bias person... like, say, grandma or a neighbor.. remember, non-biased, and have them score each answer between 1 and 5 with five being top excellent reason, and 1 being not a very valid reason... then score the sheets and see who scored better... If you score best, then, tell your mom. She still has the top decision, but this way she can explain better why she's not interested in another pet.Help! OK, well first of all, make a list of reasons you think you should get a dog. Next make another list of reasons you think/know your parents will have against you getting a dog. Then come up with answers for those reasons. I know this method has worked for me before! then last, bring up getting another dog to them calmly, and don't get to passionate. If they still say no, accept their answer calmly, then ask them about it in another 3-4 weeks. Be persistent, but not to persistent. Good luck, and I'm sorry about your other dog!
o i am sorry for your puppy.

my famitl doesnt move but we travel. I have a doxie and a pug mix and they are great travalers. i think a small dog would be easier than a big dog with moving.

doxies dont shed and very friendly

ooo use this point that it is an ice breaker for meeting new friends and (only if you are an only child)-tell them it will help you transition from one place to another because you can play with it.

i dont know about yours but parents love it when it is thier idea so dont push it for a particular day. just keep a constant,non-annoying stream of friendly reminders that you want a dog.

ooo if you have a picture of your old keep it out to let them remind themselves of how great that dog was and remind them that you miss him/her

good luck tell me how it goes!
try to help them remember how much fun they had with your other dog and how it would bring the family together
odds are your parents aren't over the heartache of the last dog. i don't know the circustances under which the dog had to be put down, but if it was preventable maybe it is still weighing on their concience. give them some time. if they love animals they will come around. if not eventually you will be an adult and be able to get one.
Find a good breeder and let your parents know this is a very good healthy dog. You will take good care of it and surprise her with the new born puppy hehe. That's how I convince my mom.
I agree with what all the other people have said. Tell your parents that you'd like some resposibility in your life, and then when you a get a dog, take the responsibilities. Although, I disagree with the purebred thing. If your parents have a problem with the costs mutts are cheaper. They have fewer health problems, which helps with vet costs, and they're cheaper. You could also suggest going to the pound/ humane society or an animal shelter and rescue a poor abandoned dog. I hope I've been helpful!

    :0)
Well i mean tell them i want some more responsibility in your life .That is what i told then and kept bringing it up that i wanted one and couple weeks later i was allowed to go pick a puppy out!
YOU wont be paying for all the expences of a dog.

Got any advice on managing/preventing shin pain from marathon training?

I'm training for my first marathon, I'm diligently sticking to a running program and have been running for 3 years. My shins, specifically the sides of my shins, are bearing the brunt of my pain. This is new to me, any words of advice.Got any advice on managing/preventing shin pain from marathon training?
You can try a few things.

    1. Rest for a week. If you're not in the late stages of training, taking four or five days off will do wonders with your shins. The rest will be beneficial for you and you'll get a chance to heal without reducing your time much.

    2. Ice. After you run, ice your shins for 10 minutes afterwards. This will ease the pain and ease swelling.

    3. Work on your core. People who have weak cores get pain in their ITBs (side of the thighs), their knees, and their shins. Your shin muscles and stabilizers could be overcompensating for a weak back. Try to add pilates or core exercises to strengthen yourself. If you pick up a Runner's World for January, they have a great article on the exercises you can do.

Good luck!Got any advice on managing/preventing shin pain from marathon training?
Believe it or not but running backwards will help stop shin splints. You're essentially working the muscles in your shins, helping them become less rigid, and stretching them. Shin splints are caused by pressure on the bones combined with tightening of the muscles in your legs.

The other thing you can do is take an asprin and drink lots of H20 before you go to bed every night. The water will hydrate you, and the asprin will help your muscles feel better faster.

If you're running on a flat surface you may want to try just walking hills or inclines for a few days to build those muscles as well. You'll notice a difference pretty quickly.

The pain is pretty common but once your muscles get used to it you won't get them as often. If it does stick around for more than a few weeks though, talk to a doctor.

Good luck with the legs and the marathon.
Prevention being better than a cure - always run in good shoes - once the outer sole is showing signs of wear - replace them.

Try to have at least 2, or if you are high mileage, 3 pairs, the overall cost will work out the same, (but only if you wear them out).

Beware of buying 'last years' model in a sale - the shelf life of the mid-sole is limited, so if you buy shoes that have been on a shelf for 18 months, the mid-sole won't last as long as the outer sole, and they will lose their cushioning.

Where possible, try to run off road - grass and trails will be better than on concrete or tarmac.

    Hope this helps.
For shin splints use a contrast bath. Soak your legs in ice water up to the knee for one minute then in warm water for one minute, repeat 5-10 times. To prevent shin splints a good non-impact warm up is important, use a bike or ellipsoidal for 10-15 minutes before running. Non-impact refers to how hard your feet hit the ground, not how hard you work. The idea is to increase the blood flow through your legs.
you could tape them but you're really just going to have to work through it. if you use tape you do it right below the knee
to prevent strengthen the muscles around your shin. lift your toes and walk only on your heels for about a minute every day (or more)
You might be getting shin splints

take ice baths for your legs its gona hurt but itll help them
    Try swimming.

What are your experiences with having wisdom teeth taken out? I get all 4 out tomorrow? Any advice?

Don't let people scare you !! Before your apt take Advil. If you are really nervous ask for nitrous oxide or be put to sleep.

They will give you instructions after have someone there with you to help you remember them because they are VERY IMPORTANT . Its alot of pressure should be not pain . After will be sore, and tender No soda, No straws, No hot or over cold foods. Soft foods pasta, yogurts, mashed potatoes, No seeds or rice. If you have extreme pain 2 days later you have what is called a dry socket call your dentist ASAP !!! Best of luck..What are your experiences with having wisdom teeth taken out? I get all 4 out tomorrow? Any advice?
The first 72 hours are the worst, IF you are going to have any problems, it will be in the first 3 days. Expect some swelling and possibly bruising afterward. Follow the ';after instructions'; very carefully to avoid getting dry socket. Have some soft foods on hand for the first day or two after and DO NOT drink through a straw after your surgery. Good luck! What are your experiences with having wisdom teeth taken out? I get all 4 out tomorrow? Any advice?
Always have your wisdom teeth removed by a specialist oral %26amp; Maxillofacial surgeon. To find out about impacted teeth, prophylactic wisdom tooth surgery, general tooth extraction (including adjacent tooth shifts), types of anesthesia (oral sedation, IV sedation, local LA or general GA), stitches, complications, dry socket, lump lip or tongue, and dental implants in Australia, go to http://www.dentalimplantsaustralia.com/
I had 1 wisdom tooth extracted last week. I bled a lot, and it is a total pain to keep the gum cavity clean. It's like a food magnet and pieces of food get stuck in there all the time. I rinse with salt water and that helps, but I'll be glad when this heals and I can get on with it. It's another way to lose weight because I just don't want to eat anything because it's painful still after a week. I see the Dr. tomorrow and I hope all is OK.
you're gonna be STOOOOOOONED to the bejesus.

    you won't feel a thing.

you're gonna bleed alot at first.

don't smoke or drink through a straw cause this causes a ';dry socket'; (ask your dentist) and believe me, this hurts

Would anyone have any advice for me about Mirena? Should I get it taken out?

Ok so I am 20 yrs old, just had a sweet babygirl 4 months ago...I got Mirena about 3 months ago and I am not sure I like it...however, I dont know if my body is just getting used to it or what...anyone else had it?Would anyone have any advice for me about Mirena? Should I get it taken out?
Well, I became pregnant whilst mine was in. It had been in for just 2 years (life span supposed to be 5 years). It hadn't become dislodged or anything like that ..... it just failed.

Pregnancy was ectopic. Cost me my fallopian tube as well as, inevitably, the pregnancy .... so, just be careful won't you. Get it checked if you are unsure - or out.Would anyone have any advice for me about Mirena? Should I get it taken out?
I've had it and had it taken out after about 4 months.

I found it really uncomfortable - I was always aware it was there. At first I thought i was just imagining it but it got gradually worse and when I finally had it taken out I realised how uncomfortable it had become!

    The relief was instantaneous.

Talk it over with your doctor - maybe they can suggest another type?

I have been waiting on my green card for over five years ,anyone have any advice on how to get my voice heard?

I have called the offices and they told me that I would get my green card in less then two years, it has been over five years and whenever I ask them what is going on they tell me to write a letter, does anyone have any advice on how I can get them to take me seriously?I have been waiting on my green card for over five years ,anyone have any advice on how to get my voice heard?
You know how many immigrants in America are trying to become citizens? Millions and millions, It takes so long to process all that work for the millions of immigrants that come into our country. It can take way longer than 5 years.I have been waiting on my green card for over five years ,anyone have any advice on how to get my voice heard?
Run your SS#, and a background check on your name. There may be someone with your identical name in their database causing INS not to issue the green card to you. When I applied for a mortgage 9 years ago we had to do a background check and found 3 other guys with similar but not identical names that still I had to verify I was not one of those felons. Understand? The 1 guy has a great idea to check with your Congressional office to find out what the hold up is. If you hire an attorney be prepared to wait even longer and spend oodles of $'s. n Good luck.
Go to the office of your local representative to congress. They can call immigration and inquire about yor case. Ignore the advise to 'write a letter,' whoever said that obviously has never dealt with immigration.
Follow their instructions and write a letter. A green card is a privilege, not a right.
You can do an online search on the immigration website. You will at least know what your priority is and what month and year they are working
you have no rights as a green card holder.

even US citizens have no rights any more.

Bush has screwed them all away.

  • Looking for advice of getting into the film and video industry?

I am about to start school for film and video. Looking for advice, stories, how you got started, anything.

Leaning towards camera operating.Looking for advice of getting into the film and video industry?
There are many small TV stations around. Most Counties have local TV stations. These will not be able to pay well, but will often hire inexperienced people and train them. You should also look at the local pubic access or PBS station in our area. Many churches are also starting to work with more film.

The biggest thing is to get some experience. I know an engineer that started with a very small local religious channel as an apprentice and is not a senior engineer at CNN.

Go to the FCC and find what TV stations are in your area. You will likely be surprised by the number of smaller stations that will be willing to hire and train.Looking for advice of getting into the film and video industry?
It's very likely that some of your tutors have come from working in the industry, and they'll be able to put you in-touch with people.

There are always plenty of people wanting to get into film/video, so it's more a case of WHO you know rather than WHAT you know.
While in school, network with working pros in your area.

Once you have most of the skills, get an internship in your local area. This could be either at a local TV station (were you will learn how to shoot on assignment and quick edit for airing within hours of the shoot) or a local independent film production studio.
no that is not what you should not becase you will not get any privecy

I am thinking of getting a bowflex any advice? to get strong and lose some fat gain muscle.?

i am open to all advice but i need a home gym. time is a reason.I am thinking of getting a bowflex any advice? to get strong and lose some fat gain muscle.?
i dont understand your question fully because of the strange fragmented sentences but my advice is to not even think about it, just buy the best thing available and start working out, you will waste more time thinking about it and researching than it is worth, just buy one and start working outI am thinking of getting a bowflex any advice? to get strong and lose some fat gain muscle.?
Don't buy a bowflex, home gym, or other large exercise equipment until you establish exercise as a regular part of your life. It can be very expensive. Instead go to the store and buy a Self magazine, inside there are rip-out cards with exercise directions and pictures on them that you can use as a guide. Do the suggested exercises every other day. If after eight weeks you have stuck to this routine then you might want to consider getting a Bowflex.

I am interested in doing a college course in Psychology, has anyone got advice??

I live near in West London (UK) and I just want to know if it's best for me to start on a GCSE course and progress from that. I will be taking the course part time as well due to me having a full time job.I am interested in doing a college course in Psychology, has anyone got advice??
September.I am interested in doing a college course in Psychology, has anyone got advice??
At AS/A level you learn the main approaches (psychoanalytic, behavoirist, humanist, cognitive, biological), research methods, and then it depends on you course; mood disorders, gender identity, sport psychology, health psychology, etc. There are many areas, researching courses in you area will let you know what is available.

Jobs you can get from psychology; many - it's one of the more adaptable course. To be qualified in psychology, you would need further qualifications though. You can go into social work, teaching, advertising and PR, etc. One person I know who graduated before me now works for an accounting firm.

I'm getting a new laptop, WHAT KIND DO I GET?? ANY ADVICE? AND/OR SUGGESTIONS?

You should buy a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092. I have one, and I love it. I would highly recommend it.I'm getting a new laptop, WHAT KIND DO I GET?? ANY ADVICE? AND/OR SUGGESTIONS?
It all depends on what you want to do. I use mine for web site design and programming so a relitivley high spec laptop is a must. Your best bet is to try Dell or something similar so you can check out the different specs. For example, if you want it for gaming have a look at the gaming XPS versions. Check out the specs and then try and find a similar spec cheaper on other sites :-)I'm getting a new laptop, WHAT KIND DO I GET?? ANY ADVICE? AND/OR SUGGESTIONS?
Most people I know who has purchased a new laptop this year and this season usually purchase a Toshiba Laptop. Get something with at least 1GB of RAM and a decient amout of space for your Hard Drive. A good amount is more than 160 GB of storage. A good common processor frequency is more than 1.8 GHz or something like that. Toshiba has very good graphics card so just in case you want to play some games on it you'll be built with ATi Graphics suppport. They also have wireless and a wired network. If you're still strugglingh with dial-up internet, they also have a built in modem. The more RAM you have the smoother your applications will perform. AMD Centrino or Intel Core Duo 2 Processors are GREAT for your laptop. I recomend Windows Vista Home Premium. That's should be for you! Some laptop have a built in webcamera so you can do your video chat. Great! :) Look for Toshiba Brands. They have it all! I hope my advice is good enought for you to consider.
the best one for the money you have, have a good look around for the best deal
It is hard to give you good advice when we have no details.

Tell us what you intend to use the laptop for primarily.

If it is for work or school, tell us what kind of work or school you are in.

The more details we have, the better answers you will recieve.
The key to finding a good laptop is the needs now and anticipating needs coming up in the next few months..Based on that, if you have the money to invest in a high end model that you will not be outdated in six months, then I would invest. With present technology evolving, more bandwidth and software chewing up more RAM, finding a high end system will pay for itself in the long run.

    Good luck
I like the Macbook Pro since you don't really have to worry about viruses. And they don't really crash... Going on a year with hard wear and tear and nothing internally wrong with the computer. The software out there for them is about the same for Mac's as for Windows. The upside to the Mac is you don't have to pay for iTunes or the upgrades. When you connect to the internet it automatically searches for upgrades for all of the software on the computer.

I get some good advice from everyone but there is always someone who has to think everything is about abuse.?

I want to let jnwht23 know that anyone who knows anything about animal shelters knows that 80% of animals taken there are euthanized. These little kittens and their mother may be feral cats but God put them on this earth and someone needs to see to their needs. I am trying to take care of several feral unwanted cats by feeding them, loving them and doing my best to take care of their medical needs. If this upsets some of you, I am truly sorry, but I am doing what I have to do to see that as many as possible have a happy, healthy life. That is why I ask for advise from other cat lovers. As I have said before, I am 62 years old and all my children are grown with kids of their own. These unwanted animals are now my children and I would never do anything that I did not think was for their best interest. If they could all talk you would know they had rather sleep outside my front door knowing they are loved than be put to sleep just because no one cared.I get some good advice from everyone but there is always someone who has to think everything is about abuse.?
I think the world is a cruel place for animals and that when Jesus returns he save all our poor animals from this horrible, terrible, despicable fate which is bestowed upon their sorrow filled hearts!!!!!I get some good advice from everyone but there is always someone who has to think everything is about abuse.?
Good for you. I also feed the ferals in my Brooklyn neighborhood. I know that they would be better off if they had homes, but I also know that bringing them to a shelter could likely be a death-sentence, and I am unwilling to do that.

They are well taken care of (for street cats) and have many people on the block feed them, play with them, and even take them inside if they are cold, or to the vet if they are hurt or ill.

It would be wonderful if all unwanted animals could have homes, but that's just not going to happen. So we do what we can. In my neighborhood that also includes a Trap, Treat, Vaccinate, Alter, Release program that is entirely privately funded.

Don't let anyone put you down.
When I see a movie where a person is hurt, I don't care that much about it. When I see something where an animal is hurt, I get upset and angry. I think that's because animals have shown themselves to be better people than their human cousins.
It's awfully nice of you to do what you're doing. I have taken in a stray cat myself, actually, I think she adopted me and my house. She was old and ugly, but to me she was the sweetest thing. I took care of her until the day she died and gave her a place to rest after that. I blame irresponsible owners turning these animals out unaltered to reproduce at random. It's sad.
I totally agree. These are breathing beings. It's also upsetting that people would hurt these animals...especially cats...all those evil cat jokes, etc.

It was not a surprise to learn that many incarcerated people started out hurting animals.

If u have nothing helpful to say about the care of pets, then get off the blog board!
It is people like you that set the example that the rest of the world should follow. (a cat walks across my keyboard)

We do the same here and have (one rubs against my hand as I try to type) some feral cats outside that all we can do is feed and try to take care of as much as possible with worming meds etc.

There are mean people all over but my wife was told when she was a little girl that all animals had a person who had died's soul. If that is true the animal we feed and care for today may well have cared for us in the past.

Gives you something for thought, true or not.
KUDOS to you! Well said!!! I am an animal lover as well. I can not believe the amount of people who discard animals as if they are nothing. My parents even feed the stray cats in the neighborhood.

If a person can kill, maim or shoot an animal or be brutally mean to it, then those people can also kill, maim or shoot a human. No questions about it. The bible says god considers the sparrows, so how much more is god watching over us? He saw fit to take two of every kind of animal on the ark!! That says enough!

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts....
    I work at a cat shelter and have for 5 years. The idea that 80% of the animals taken there are put to sleep is just crap put out there by people who are trying to justify their need to collect cats. There are animals put to sleep, but a lot of that is because there are not as many people that bring in healthy, bright eyed kitties. We all know people wait until their cat has a problem that will cost money to take care of, and then bring them to the shelter. They also bring in cats that cannot be adopted, either for aggression, urinating outside the litter area, very old age...the list goes on. If people accapted the responsibility for their own cats and took them to the vet, and even had them put to sleep when they needed to, the shelters would not have to do their ';dirty work';

If somneone wants to care for feral cats, that is fine.....as long as the cats are fixed and not allowed to reproduce, get rabies vaccines when they are due, and are tested for FeLV/FIV so they are not a health risk for other cats. If these things are met, then go ahead and take care of them. If you can't provide that MINIMUM of care, then they should be euthanized. God didn't put them there, some irrisponsible owner put a cat out and never took care of it.
Keep up the good work old lady, are you able to put a trolley at the entrance of a local store with a notice asking for cat food or litter etc. that would help with your costs?
I just wish there was something more that could be done for feral/stray cat's. Because just feeding them isn't enough. but it's true that if you bring them to shelters they will be euthanized. They need medical care and homes but not many people will take it in and train it to be a good house pet. The feral cat population does need to be kept in check. It's a tuff subject huh? But another problem is when a good intending animal lover becomes a horder and doesn't have the money or space to care for the animals they take in. But well.....it's just a tuff problem.
Never mind the trolls. There is always some mouth-breathing chest-beater who thinks all solutions to cats consist of a rock, a burlap sack, and a map to the nearest river. To such morons, this is funny.

I applaud your attempt to care for these animals, but with one caveat. I'm assuming from your post that you're feeding feral cats. The problem is, if you're not getting them spayed or neutered, these cats will only multiply. Trapping and fixing all the cats in your colony will keep your numbers stable and will keep other cats from moving in on their territory. There are TNR programs (Trap Neuter Release) in some areas, and a web search might help you find one in your area. These programs can help cover the costs and volunteers can assist in trapping.

    Good luck and God bless.
just wanted to tell you thank you for the cats, I bet if they could they would give you something special. thanks for all you do for them.

Before I write down the answer, it's important to know your likings and the field you prefer to work in. A career in Software Industry always seem attractive, but you should ask yourself if you want to be a software professional or not. Probably, you could be a good journalist! Knowing your own qualities is very important.

You can contact career consultants who, after taking you through some aptitude tests, IQ tests etc., can suggest which area of work you should go with.

Need legal advice to get my deposit from my landlord?

Just tell him that unless he produces a bill, showing exact charges for the exact amount he deducted from your deposit, that you will file a lawsuit against him. If he doesnt pay up, then file suit against him in small claims court. The good news is, if he did illegally keep the money, many states will punish him by not only giving you your money back, but by giving you double or treble damages. So hey, its worth a little time and effort on your part to pursue this.Need legal advice to get my deposit from my landlord?
Talk to a lawyer for legal advice.

For other advice, be more specific.

    1) If you did ANY damage, expect the deposit to be kept.

    2) If you left early, you won't get it back. You broke the lease and won't be getting it back.Need legal advice to get my deposit from my landlord?
if you gave him proper notice, and / or fulfilled your lease obligation...you should get your deposit back when you return your keys. Hopefully you have the receipt from when you gave the deposit.

if you did not fufill your lease - legally the landlord doesn't have to give you back the deposit.
You can only get legal advice from an attorney. Even though there are some attorneys who post here, they can't give you legal advice in this forum.

That said, I was a landlord for many years and was even a tenant at the same time I was a LL. Post some details about your problem and maybe someone who has walked that road can offer thoughts from their experiences.
Do a walkthrough of the apartment with the landlord before you move out. Make sure he is ok with everything and try to get him to agree that not much is wrong. Go over with him exactly what your deposit was, and how long he will need before returning it to you. Also check if you get interest on your depoists in your state and if so tell them this and how much the interest would be. Tell him you expect the deposit according to whenever it would be due back to you (check the laws where you live) and that if he does not reutrn the full deposit you expect a full accounting of what he took from the deposit and why.

Go ahead and move out. Call the landlord when the deposit is due (or afew days before) and bug him for it if he doesn not get it to you on time. If he stalls or won't get back to you, then you might have to take him to small calims court -but it probably wouldn't come to this.

    Good luck.
Consult a lawyer for legal advice. You are intitled to you deposit being returned to you. Many landlords keep the deposit which is NOT right I would have not paid the last months rent and told him to use the deposit for the last months rent. Do consult a lawyer it is free for the first visit. Best Wishes!

Any advice on getting a brazilian wax for the first time? How bad does it hurt?

This is not me, this is someone else's answer to the same question.

So, there are soo many knotties who ask me about this..so I decided to make a post. If you are in need of a brazilian wax (Especially first timers) I am a licensed Esthetican at The Ritz Carlton Central Park South. I have a billion brides who come to me. If you have any questions or need some help...page me or make an appt at the La Prairie Spa.

    My biggest advice:

    1) Do not come intoxicated or high. It actually makes you more sentive.

    2) Anti-imflammatories work for the swelling and redness after. It does

    help slightly with pain.

3)You can ask your doctor for a prescription of LMX 4% Lidocaine creme

that you can apply 30 minute before. This will numb the sensory

nerves to dull pain. It does not take the pain away completely.

4)You should have about 4 wks of growth before you wax. Enough that

you can easily pick up the hair with your finger.

It will last about 2 wks..by the beginning of the 3rd week...you will see

growth begin. by the 4th wk...it's time to come back. Hair growth is

hormonal..and each follicle is at it's own timetable. some grow faster.

But if you remain on a schedule of every 4 wks....the hairs do not have

time to streghten via bloodflow...and it will hurt significantly less each

    time.

5)You cannot shave before. I cannot tell you haw many ladies have done

    this.

    6) Hives or bumps are normal and usually subside in an hour or so. If

they last more than 2 days....you may have allergies to the ingredients

in the wax or latex/rubber (gloves that we use) See a doctor if anything

    supicious occurs

    7) Gold/amber wax is the cheapest wac out there. This usually causes the most problems. Makes sure they are using this wax at the right temperature. Most cases, it gets too hot too fast and causes burns, scarring, and peeling.

    8) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WAXER USES GLOVES. I will not name

the very popular spa that is notorious for brazils, in which you cannot

find a glove in the house. It is against the law...and there is no telling

what pathogens are being trasmitted. Waxing does produce contact

with your blood. Do you want someone who may or may not have cuts

on thier hands, fingers, cuticles to be in contact with you? Or with

    anyone else before you?

    9) WATCH OUT FOR DD. This is what I call double dippers. This means

that everytime the stick is inserted into the wax and applied to your

skin..that stick should be thrown away. Wax is hot but not hot enough

to kill bacteria. Herpes, Moluscum C. and other diseases can be

    trasmitted.

Last but not least.....SPEAK UP. If something is happening and you don't like it. Tell them. I would rather know what you prefer than you hoping I can read your mind. It never works:)Any advice on getting a brazilian wax for the first time? How bad does it hurt?
I think that it would be better after. Also i hear it hurts like hell! Especially the first time you get waxed it hurts the worst, after youve been getting waxed for a year or so then it doesnt hurt as bad.
I find sugaring to be just as effective and far less painful than waxing. You can use a product like Moom or even make your own sugar wax at home. There are recipes online you can use easily for little cost.

Just look at that first response, if it is going to be that painful and that much work, is it worth it? Sugaring rips the hair out just like the wax does but is far easier on the skin and so doesn't hurt as much. It's also a lot easier to clean from your skin and the hair takes just as long to grow back. Also, the sugar mixture does not need to be heated as hot as wax and not at all if you are using it in small areas like on the face. You can probably get away with not heating it for the bikini area, as well, since it is better to do relatively small patches at a time.

Everybody is different, but I can tell you that waxing leaves me in pain for days and those obnoxious red spots stay inflamed and clearly visible. With sugaring, the little red spots are gone the same day and I have no lasting pain at all.

My advice on a first time Brazilian wax - skip it and go for the sugar. It will be a lot kinder to your bikini area.

As for when, some ladies are more sensitive just before or during their period. If you are, then wait until after. If you're not then it doesn't matter if you wait or not.

    Find Moom here:

    http://www.drugstore.com/search/search.a鈥?/a>

or use your favorite search engine to look up ';sugar hair removal'; or ';sugar waxing recipe'; for some recipes. Most use sugar, lemon juice, and water. Some use honey or other ingredients in addition to the three base ingredients.

    I work at a cat shelter and have for 5 years. The idea that 80% of the animals taken there are put to sleep is just crap put out there by people who are trying to justify their need to collect cats. There are animals put to sleep, but a lot of that is because there are not as many people that bring in healthy, bright eyed kitties. We all know people wait until their cat has a problem that will cost money to take care of, and then bring them to the shelter. They also bring in cats that cannot be adopted, either for aggression, urinating outside the litter area, very old age...the list goes on. If people accapted the responsibility for their own cats and took them to the vet, and even had them put to sleep when they needed to, the shelters would not have to do their ';dirty work';

Looking to get a MacBook any advice?

I have been using a Windows machine for a long time and recently discovered the Mac. I like the user interface and the software. I still need to be able to access office documents (i.e. Word, Excel, etc...). I also enjoy the occasional short animated movie and also do some fairly serious photo editing. These are the main reasons I am looking at a Mac. I am student so I am looking at the middle model MacBook. Does anyone out there have any advise for me (i.e. horror stories and success stories welcome.)? Thank you for your time.Looking to get a MacBook any advice?
Horror stories: None, really. Just don't go messing around with the Terminal and deleting folders and such if you don't know what you are doing. The closest thing to a horror story you'll likely experience is trying to get accustomed to the new keyboard shortcuts and navigation, but you'll get used to it pretty quickly, I assure you.

Macs are rock solid machines. Before you go and buy Office for the Mac, though, you may want to consider using (for now) NeoOffice (link in sources), which is just like OpenOffice, but built to be ';Mac-like';. When October comes around and iWork '07 is released, you should consider getting a trial of it. It's a good office suite, it's half the cost of MS Office, and you just might like it. Otherwise, MS Office: Mac 2008 should be out pretty soon.

Essential software for your Mac (free, links in sources):

QuickSilver: A keyboard launcher and much, much, MUCH more. There are far too many features to attempt to explain here; just look at this tutorial to get started:

    http://vjarmy.com/archives/2004/03/quick鈥?/a>

And look at this YouTube users' profile. He posted a 3-part video tutorial on QuickSilver: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=sr33鈥?/a>

Flip4Mac: This allows you to play Windows Media Player files within QuickTime. This means that when trying to view WMP formats, you will no longer get a ';missing plugin'; error.

Perian: This program makes QuickTime play pretty much any video/audio format available. This is handy because QT player rocks in OS X, despite how awful it is in Windows.

VMWare: Ever hear of Parallels, the virtualization software for OS X? Well, VMWare is the same basic thing, but free (it's in beta, though still very reliable).

iStumbler: Since you may be wandering around looking for WiFi hotspots with your MacBook, iStumbler is a must-have. It collects data for available wireless networks, including signal strength and if it's open or password-protected.

Adium: Probably the best IM client ever made for any OS.

Growl: Displays incredibly handy notifications on your screen for a wide range of applications. For example, it will pop up a message in the corner of your screen when a download finishes, of when Mail downloads new messages, or when an IM contact signs on/off, or when your RSS reader fetches new articles, etc., etc.Looking to get a MacBook any advice?

  • Help, can i get some advice?

i have a dilemna, how do you get a jar of jam open without a strong hunky man around.Help, can i get some advice?
grab a jam knife, use the back edge (not the serrated edge) and whack the edge of the lid hard enough to make a slight dent...do it around the entire lid and then try to open it again. should come off real easy.Help, can i get some advice?
In my house (all women) we frequently run into the same issue! Years ago we invested in a few rubber pads that you place over the top of the jar, and presto--The jar can easily be opened. Since I doubt you have one of these since you're posting this here, try wrapping a thick rubber band around the top of the jar and then gripping it. If you have any rubber shelf liners that are not in use, those will work too. As will pretty much any flexible rubber that is large enough to fit around/over the jars lid.

Or you could soak the jar in hot water, but I find that works too slowly.
Tap the edge of the lid firmly but gently against your counter and then use a slightly damp towel (for grip) and twist. If that doesn't work - repeat the steps again. Also sometimes running warm to hot water around the edge of the lid helps. (Of course having a hunky man around is nicest!!).

    Good ';twisting';!!
You can gently tap the edge of the lid with a knife around the jar or you can stick the jar under some hot running water and

it should open the lid for you without too much trouble.
    Take out a butter knife and hit in 3 or 4 timers on the edge. Hold the knife tightly so it doesn't slip out of your hand. If that doesn't work, turn the faucet on really really hot and put the jar under it for a minute. Dont use your bare hands after its been under the water, grab a rag, and it should open :}

Should I get breast reduction surgery? Need some advice plz?

I am 18 about 165 lbs and i am having back pain and chronic shoulder pain. My back has gotten so bad that i totally avoid bending at my lower back. I hate how I look and how I cannot fit into any of the cute clothes that my friends and other teens are buying. I just moved to a new city so I don't even know how to go about this. Can someone offer some help or advice?Should I get breast reduction surgery? Need some advice plz?
First - are you sure your breasts are the problem? I have to ask, because it would be no good having breast reduction surgery when the source of the problem lies elsewhere. Backs can be tricky things at times.

Second - are you wearing properly supportive bras? For most women, wearing the correct size bra is enough to eliminate back pain. A lot of women don't realize they're not wearing the right bra for them. Here is a good bra fitting guide to see how it should fit: http://www.belladonnaeyes.co.uk/bra_fitt鈥?/a>

I don't know how tall you are but have you ever thought about trying to lose weight first? It would be much better for your body to lose excess weight everywhere and not so dangerous as surgery. Just working out and going to the gym, building back and shoulder muscle might help.
