Might be a long shot but my partner owns a heating company, and has been trying to obtain information on this for some time now it seem to me its all a big secret??????Can anyone advice on how to get a government contract

No big secret. Your partner has to subscribe to the publications or notification system for government construction contracts. You haven't said which country you're in but in the US, government construction contracts are publicly bid.


His best course of action is to connect with a Mechanical Engineer who does work for the government and learn what resources are available to him locally.
Get in with an MP and give him money for his ';Office'; to spend on his election campaign. Pretend not to be British and you could get a Knighthood as well.
