Id recommend building yourself, there are tens of thousands of individuals out there looking for funding. I'm a member of a web based company with 30 employees and we are having trouble getting funding.
You need to either approach a bank, or approach a sponsorship organisation, a city company, or an investment company.

If your organisation is charitable, you might want to approach Lottery Funding, or other government funding.
Dont let your age stop you. There are several websites who will help you set up a business plan to present to lenders. There are a few groups on Yahoo Groups dedicated to lenders and people needing business loans. Your business plan has to show the potential of your company making money...it cant just be a hobby. Good luck.
Building a website is not expensive especially if you do it yourself

All you need is the cost of a domain name and webhosting.

The HTML editor i use is free and there are loads of free graphics sites online.

I am not sure that you will find a sponsor for something that is so readily achievable

Good luck and stick to it
Scrimp and save.. beg and borrow - but keep the whole business in your own hands and your own control.

Many of the most successful self-made business people in the UK did it themselves with no bank loans. Part of their success is because they had no bank loans and debt to service.
