I am having a really awesome get together.. need advice on non alcoholic drinks?

are there any recipes for non alcoholic margaritas, cosmos...fun fruity drinks???I am having a really awesome get together.. need advice on non alcoholic drinks?
you can get margarita mix from the grocery store and serve shaken or over ice, and top with a bit of sparkling water or club soda.

pineapple mixed with coconut milk makes a pina colada. so easy and yummy!!

shirley temples are a really fun drink. you need orange juice, grenadine (cherry syrup) and sprite or 7up.

virgin cosmo is cranberry juice shaken with lime drink. you can use margarita mix for that.

to make a yummy coffee drink, use coffee or espresso (you can use decaf if you like) shaken with milk and butterscotch syrup. yummy!!

make a mango martini with mango nectar with a dash of granadine at the bottom of the glass. it looks really pretty and is really delicious.

a virgin mojito is some mint leaves crushed up with some lime wedges, shake over ice with some lime mix and simple syrup or sugar, and top with a bit of club soda.

be creative, the options are endless!! don't forget to garnish. cut some lemon and lime wedges, pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, etc. get some fun straws and even those little umbrella things if you want to really go over the top.

get a cocktail shaker to mix the drinks in over ice. make sure you do a little taste test first to figure out how much of each ingredient to make each drink delicious.

i hope this helps!I am having a really awesome get together.. need advice on non alcoholic drinks?
pina coladas!!!!!

coffee,

fruit popcicles :D

strawberry daiquiri's or how ever you spell it

mud slides

cheah.
make margaritas with ginger ale instead of tequila its reeeaally yummy =]]

another thing you can do is mix cranberry and lemon together (a LOT more cranberry than lemon, and taste test first to make sure its good) and add 7 up or sprite. it's an awesome drink.

theres also the classic orange sherbert and 7 up. basically, buy a huge amount of orange sherbert (or rainbow if u like it better) scoop it all into a huge punch bowl, and pour 7 up on top. absolutely delicious.

you could always make a massive rootbeer float too lol. that would be fun =]

other than that, just be creative! my suggestion is to play around a bit with your favorite juices and sodas. try mixing coke with your favorite fruit juices (how do you think they got cherry coke? ;D). just play around, and dont be afraid to try anything, no matter how gross it sounds at first lol (rootbeer and lemon: actually not all that bad lol) have fun!

hope everything goes great!! =]
I love mixing fruit juices with soda water or ginger ale. You really can't go wrong. Any combination of mango, peach, berry even apple juice with soda or ginger ale is great with or without alcohol!

Tip: Grenedine is NOT a liquore

Heres one we use as a kiddie cocktail at kids birthdays Cater they love them. You may also want to try using 7 up instead of the soda water, or flavored water.

Non alcoholic Mojito:

INGREDIENTS

Fresh mint

1 lime

1 packet sugar substitute

Crushed ice

6 fluid ounces lime-flavored sparkling water

DIRECTIONS

Crush a sprig of mint in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime into the glass. Add 1 package of sugar substitute, crushed ice, and 6 ounces of lime-flavored sparkling water. Garnish with mint and serve. Add a lime or lemon wedge too if they like it more tart.
You can get frozen cans of concentrate for strawberry margaritas and pina coladas in the grocery store...or buckets of mango %26amp; strawberry margarita mix (I saw some at Linen %26amp; Things, grocery %26amp; Walmart) ... Make it up; put it on the blender with some ice, and add 7-Up..... You can freeze washed, whole strawberries and use them as ice cubes in the drinks too....
I used to make all sorts of cocktails when I was a young lad...ah for those days, and the most intriguing drinks always started with Vodka - so for Vodka substitute water. Then I'd slosh in some vermouth for that heady herby taste - so you could substitute lemon or orange - and that would be freshly squeezed - especially satsumas - most people go for the big ones but sats and clementines are nice. Then I'd put some of either these - blue Curacao, Ribena, creme de menthe or that red stuff, so for each of those you could try food colouring. Then for the health kick I would put in some milk. Ribena and blue curacao with milk is a kind of a purple people eater if you put too much alcohol in. Or I used to put egg advokat and blue Curacao and get green, or advokat and the red stuff and get orange - a dash of fresh lemon juice...oh I'm getting carried away...away...away
make fruit smoothies :)
Punch made with equal parts orange juice, cranberry juice, ginger ale and Sprite. Make it look good by freezing strawberry slices in ice cubes and float these and orange slices on top.

We make this when our friends are bringing teenagers and then make an adult version with some vodka added.

Both go down a treat.
