Weight Watchers is the healthest and the easiest to stay on for any period of time.
Start by drinking 8 glassses of water, start eating fruits and vegetables at least twice a day, and you must eat three meals a day so that your metabolism doesn't decrease, and instead of taking the elevator take the stairs, when you cook vegetables rather thean boil them steam them, steaming keeps the nutrients in, and a carrrot is no longer a vegetable once it has been cooked, it is now a starch. most people don't know that, eat lots of berrys they reduce the amount of free radicals in the body.
well diets aren't all about calories and the foods you eat. if you want a healthy diet you need to lower fat intake lower your carb intake and up your protein. you need to make sure your body has enough nutrients to fuel your work day. another thing is calories, lower your calorie intake to about negative 200 beyond what you burn each day. this along with a steady exercise regimen and you'll be burning fat in time. another part of fitness is attitude remember everything takes time you're not gonna be down to your ideal wait tommorow morning ok. for more information pick yourself up a muscle%26amp;fitness or Flex magazine.
1. Eat only REAL FOOD - no processed crap. No diet bars or shakes.

2. Drink lots of water.

3. Cut out bad carbs (the ';white carbs';) - refined flour (this includes ';enriched flour';, read the ingredient labels), rice, potatoes. Switch to whole grains. Again, read the labels. If you see the word ';enriched'; on a loaf of ';whole grain'; bread, it's NOT whole grain.

4. Cut out bad fats - anything with the words ';partially hydrogenated'; is a transfat and very bad for you. Read the ingredient labels.

Doing just these 4 things will make a DRAMATIC difference in the way you look and feel.
I am diabetic. The guidelines from the Diabetic association are good for a very healthy diet.
if you eat several small meals a day instead of eating 3 big meals a day, it will increase your metabolism.
two THINGS FACTOR IN TO THIS QUESTION. HOW MUCH WEIGHT ARE YOU OVER, ARE YOU IN REASONABLY GOOD HEALTH, DO YOU SEE A FAMILY DOCTOR ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR ANY ILLNESS SUCH AS HBP, DIABETES, CHD? IF YOU ARE IN A HEALTH STAT OTHER THAN YOUR EXCESS WEIGHT THEN CONSULT WITH DOCTOR ON WHAT HE MAY THINK AND WHAT HAS WORKED FOR HIS PATIENTS IN THE PAST. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE ANSWER THEN START A DIET RICH IN PROTEIN, FRUITS AND VEGGIES. MY FAVORITES ARE PROTEIN AND Vitamin C. The not only help burn weight they also help heal the body and preserve muscle consumption when you get down some pounds. Exercise is critical to success so find something that you like so it is fun an not torture. Don't make your mind feel like you are being deprived give your selve a good every now and then. Find an aberration of what you would like to look like and be able to do, place a picture of it some place the you see it first thing be for you start the day, Look at it at night and each time see your self meeting the goal! Good luck, U CAN DO THIS!
balance diet
portions, regulate your portion size and you will be surprised
A healthy diet is one where you can eat anything. You use portion control. You lean more towards fruits, veggies and whole grains. But if you say I'm never going to eat _____ again, that's what you're gonna want to eat. So have a little of the ';bad'; things. Try to drink more water and less soda. And remember ';white'; things should be eaten in moderation. That's how I'm losing 30 lbs. and it's really working.
eat protein rich diet with lots of fibres , eat 5 small meals a day, drink lemon juice, exercise, NO CRASH DIET.
eat vegetables and fruits!
