Which iPhone to get for my guy? Need some advice plz?

I'm thinking of getting and iPhone for my husband's birthday, but not sure which one to choose: the iPhone 3G S - 16 GB is $199, and the iPhone 3G S - 32 GB is $299.


He has an old 8GB Ipod which fits all of his music, and I bet he will transfer it to the iPhone. But I'm not sure whether it's better to pay 100 extra and get the 32 GB one since it's gonna last him a while?Which iPhone to get for my guy? Need some advice plz?
I'd get the 32gb. It's better to go high than get something that runs out of space.

If an 8GB holds all the tunes he wants to carry now, its VERY unlikely he'll outgrow the 16GB anytime soon. I myself have been using about 5 GB on an 8GB iphone 3G for a year now and have never felt crunched for space - and thats with around 350 pictures, 900 songs, and a buttload of apps as well...I'd say save the extra hundie and spend it on accessories (a nice carrying case, extra charger, or a set of high quality headphones)
I am simply amazed you are getting him an iPhone. The starting price is bad enough, but once you get it it will be over $80 a month for a basic plan with it (I'm jealous!).





But as for your question, I would go for the 16GB, It's cheaper, and should fit all of his videos and apps, and still have more than enough room for music.
Personally, i think that you should get the iPhone 3G S- 16GB. First, it costs less(you will be saving 100 dollars). Second, you said that he already has an 8GB iPod. Chances are he might just take the songs from the iPod and put it on the iPhone. You would be having the same songs for no apparent reason. if you ask me, the iPhone 3G S- 16GB is the better way to go.
