First of all you need to narrow your focus. Do you want your deck to be about Earth, Rock monsters, or the Sphinx monsters? Second, you have banned cards in your deck. Witch of The Black Forest, Change of Heart, and Monster Reborn are all banned. They can be subbed with Sangan, Brain Control, and Premature Burial/Call of The Haunted. Structure Deck 7-The Invisible Fortress would help your deck tremendously.

Burn them all unless you want to live in your mother's basement forever...
This deck looks pretty good but you should add d.d border line for a good defense. Exchange of the Spirit in case your about to deck out.
